Hi all! My recent purchases were OPI Teenage Dream and OPI Shatter.
I decided to treat my toes with the new purchases. First, I applied Sally Hansen Hard as Nails as a base coat. Then on top 1 coat of Teenage Dream.
When the Teenage Dream dried solid I applied OPI Shatter just one coat. Within a second the cracks have appeared. When this happens you can put a top coat which not only protects the polish, but also enhances the black shatter.
Next was my fingernails. For them I chose Model Own 25 Carat Gold and OPI Shatter
The procedure was exactly the same as for the toes. The only difference was that I put 2 coats of gold polish and not 1, which made all the difference.
I love the outcome :)
Verdict: OPI Teenage Dream is such a gorgeous colour and you only need one coat to see the full effect.
OPI Shatter works great without fuss. Such an exciting product!
However, shatter effect does not really stand out if its done on your toes. I would only use it on the fingernails.
Thanks for stopping! Have you tried this product before and what do you think?
Hello everybody! Today was a brilliant day! No, the weather was still cold and windy. However, I felt great, because I purchased some cool stuff today for myself including something for the Valentine’s day.
At Sally’s I bought Wella Color Touch semi-permanent colour No 4/0 Medium Brown for my hair roots. The girls are so nice in there and very helpful. They showed me new OPI nail polish shatter and I just had to have it! I got also OPI Teenage Dream polish. And as a freebee the girl popped in to my bag a small bottle of Rusk Deep Shine Oil.
After a long search I found a very sexy outfit from Ann Summers that cost me £18 and saucy book about interesting positions in bed for Valentine’s day. I can’t wait to surprise my boyfriend J
Moreover, I wanted to watch something girly and I decided to get The City on DVD 1st season for £18 from HMV. I was going to get The Hills, but they were out of seasons that I haven’t watched yet.
Another special gem that I discovered in Debenhams is Urbam Decay 2x Primer potions for only £15.
The rest of the amazing bargains I got from Pound Land :
Garnier Sun-kissed face which is a facial tinted moisturiser
Dove Summer Glow Self Tanning Face Cream
Valentine’s Day card
Valentine’s Day present bag
2x Sticky beads for phone decoration (that is another of my hobbies)
This is what I collected so far for the V Day.
P.S.The umbrella came free with Givenchy aftershave box set at Debenhams.
Thank you for stopping. What do you think about my buys? What next would you like to read on my post?
Just wanted to share with you my admiration for some of the famous beauties. I have a dark hair at the moment and I was researching a lot to find brunette celebrities with beautiful make up looks to copy. Eventually, I found few of my favourites. I admire their looks and I think that they would suit my complexion too.
Mila Kunis - is an American actress that was originally from Ukraine. I saw her first in American comedy sitcom "That 70's show". I love her acting and I find her quiet funny. The last movie I saw her in was "Black Swan".
Megan Fox - I love her for her petite body, pretty face and bad ass image.
Adriana Lima - Brazilian model. She most famous for her modelling work at the Victoria Secret fashion Shows.
Kim Kardashian - American socialite, actress and a model. I've never watched her shows and I only found out about her on the net. I respect the fact that she is proud of hair curvaceous body. I myself have curves and I don't think that there is anything wrong with that.
